Q: HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR MY SWING?
A: We generally recommend at least 16 inches behind the swing and 12 inches on each side. Although you can fit a swing in smaller spaces than that, we recommend at least that amount of room behind and on each side of the swing to allow for full swinging potential.
Q: WHAT KIND OF WOOD WILL MY SWING BE MADE WITH?
A: We currently use Southern Yellow Pine but we can accommodate other wood options upon request for an additional fee.
Q: WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
A: Payment for the swing is due upon delivery or pickup and can be paid via cash, check, or Venmo to @CoastalBedSwingCo. However, payment for cushions and pillows are due at the time they're ordered and that payment is non-refundable.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SWING?
A: All of our swings are made to order and our current lead time is 6-8 weeks. Depending on fabric selection and availability, additional lead time could be added for cushion and pillow orders.
